The Student Services Centre is your main point of contact for a wide variety of services you may require during your studies at Charles Telfair Institute, whether you are a part-time, full-time, undergraduate, graduate or corporate student.

The hours of operation for the Centre:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30 to 18.00
  • Saturday: 8.30 to 16.00

See them to

  • Obtain your Student's Access Card and other documents
  • Find out what is your class or exam timetables
  • Change your address
  • Apply for a student's bus pass
  • Book an appointment with Management, a Head of Faculty or a Student Counsellor
  • Complain about a particular service or offer suggestions

Student Services does NOT

  • Advise you on academic issues
  • Change students' grades
  • Collect students' assignments. (These must be dropped in the designated assignments post boxes)

Identification cards are necessary for routine identification while on CTI premises, and are also mandatory in order to write examinations, use library facilities, obtain any personal information from the Student Service Centre, etc.

When having your ID card made, please bring one piece of photo identification; e.g. driver's license or medicare card and have your letter of acceptance, your class schedule, and your student identification number.
