The Registrar (Finance) department fulfils an important function at the Institute. It comprises essentially of three staff members, namely an Accountant, Assistant Accountant and a Cashier.

As such, the function is responsible for all the Institute's financial forecasts and internal control. It ensures that all accounting work meet the prescribed standards of accuracy and is supported by well-established procedures. It also prepares on a timely basis all financial reports needed and advises management as and when needed.
