Our administrative staff members are responsible for the daily operation of the Registrar's (Academic) Office and ensuring quality service to students, faculties and staff.
The Registrar (Academic) department performs the essential roles of supporting, facilitating, and promoting the academic mission of Charles Telfair Institute by connecting students to the faculty, curriculum, and classrooms on a range of services - from first enrollment to graduation and beyond.
The Department's duties include overseeing student enrollment and registration, maintaining and preserving the integrity of academic records, preparing academic calendars, generating timetables for both students and lecturers, and secure internships for final-year students. It is also responsible for producing internal and external enrollment reports and other academic reports as needed.
