Mr. Roshan Bissessur


Mr. Roshan Bissessur, Registrar (Finance) at CTIRoshan Bissessur [BSc, FCCA] is the Registrar (Finance) at the Charles Telfair Institute.

After completing his secondary education at the Royal College Curepipe, Mr. Bissessur moved to the United Kingdom in 1992 to undertake his tertiary education and training. He obtained his BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Buckingham and was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Mr. Bissessur has over 11 years of professional experience gained in various audit firms in London. In Mauritius, he has worked for Ernst & Young before joining the Charles Telfair Institute in 2011.
