Three 2011 Certificates in Management Development are launched

Attracting a total of 48 delegates, three Certificates in Management Development were launched during 2011.



The 2011 Certificate in Management Development - General delegates

The first, known as the Certificate in Management Development - General is open to the public and has attracted 18 candidates from various organisations, including CTI's shareholders. The second, known as the Reaching New Heights 2011 was customized for the Winner's organization and the third, Leading Through Innovation Programme 2011 is exclusive to the 13 delegates from the Blanche, Birger.

"Whether open to the public or customized for our clients, the Certificate in Management Development, previously known as the Leadership Challenge Programme, is turning out to be a great success," explains Prof. Eric Charoux, Programme Coordinator. "Launched in 2005, this 12-module, year-long certificate forms part today of CTI's Challenge series and continues to attract much interest as it assists employees to either perform as better managers or develop into leaders."
