Attracting a record number of 57 delegates, the 2009 Leadership Challenge Programme was launched on Friday 8 May with Module 1, 'Discovering and Mastering Yourself', presented by Eric Charoux.

Welcoming all delegates, Professor Charoux reminded all present that the Leadership Challenge Programme is a part-time leadership development programme exclusive to Charles Telfair Institute. Run for the past five years, it is designed to assist employees with high potential to develop into future managers and leaders.

The ten-module programme, which runs over twelve months, is focused on real-world activities and uses simulations that relate to real situations. It is designed to give on-going feedback that builds on the delegates' strengths and weaknesses, broadens their knowledge and updates their skills.

Although the programme is designed as a whole unit catering to all the aspects required in Management, some delegates can also opt to follow any one of the modules on a 'stand-alone' basis.
