Students in the Faculties of Management & Accounting and Finance excel in their studies 03 November 2010
Twenty seven Bachelor of Commerce and three Master of International Business students received their Curtin Business School Commendation Letters during a function on Wednesday 3 November for their excellent performance during Semester 1, 2010 from Prof. Raj Lutchmeah and Prof. Ian van Heerden, Head of Faculty of Management and Head of Faculty of Accounting and Finance respectively. Also present at the function were the students' parents.
Every Semester Curtin Business School rewards its students who obtain excellent results by giving them Commendation Letters. These are given to students who obtain a semester average of 75% or above for three units or 80% and above for two units.
During the gathering, Prof. Raj Lutchmeah congratulated the students for having worked hard and for having distinguished themselves among their fellow students. He added that their parents should be proud of the achievements of their son/daughter.
