Our students excel internationally 14 April 2010

Some of the Curtin students and lecturers
Twenty four BCom students and one MIB student from the Faculty of Management & Finance received Commendation Letters on their excellent results for Semester 2, 2009 during a function held on Wednesday 14 April at which their parents and lecturers were also present.
'Commendation Letters' are special awards which our academic partner, Curtin University, issues on a regular basis to reward students for their excellent performance. They imply that the student has obtained a semester average of at least 75% or above for 3 units or 80% and above for 2 units.
After welcoming everybody present especially the parents, Prof Raj Lutchmeah, Head of the Faculty congratulated the students for their exceptional achievements during Semester 2, 2009. He pointed out the international aspect of the award emphasizing that our students should be proud for having distinguished themselves among all Curtin students. He added that the Commendation Letters will undoubtedly be an important keepsake and will one day remind them of their undergraduate days at CTI when lectures, tutorials, assignments and deadlines ruled their life!
