The 2009 Leadership Challenge Programme graduates

CTI's graduation held on Friday 30 April celebrated a first in the history of the Institute's involvement with management development at the corporate level.

Making full use of its awarding powers, the Institute graduated two batches of managers with its new Certificate in Management Development. The first batch consisted of 14 managers from the general public who, as part of their certificate, had completed the 2009 Leadership Challenge Programme. The second batch was made up of 45 managers from the Mauritius Commercial Bank who had completed their 2009 Lead to Inspire Programme.

On both occasions, one of the candidates present also received the Leader of the Year challenge trophy for having demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities during his or her time on the programme.
