The CTI Foundation programme has been specifically designed to assist school leavers like yourself prepare for University education. As a bridging programme, it helps you develop the confidence, study skills and background knowledge you will require in your studies. The foundation programme offers university-style teaching through lectures and tutorials. This ensures that the students are familiar with this way of learning and feel prepared for their degree.
PROGRAMME ORGANISATION AND STRUCTURE
Four study units are completed each semester: two core and two options units. Options must be selected to meet the requirement of the degree the candidate wishes to pursue later.
At CTI, we offer three different to the Foundation streams:
- Design
- Humanities
- Commerce
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To be admitted in the Foundation Studies programme, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements.
Academic Requirements:
Completion of an SC or GCE O-level programme, with passes in at least FOUR subjects with an A or B overall grade
average.
OR
Completion or partial completion of HSC or GCE A-Level or International Baccalaureate (IB) or French Baccalaureate
programme.
