In response to these critical needs, CTI runs a fully-fledged Leadership Centre designed to provide opportunities to its members to assess, develop and enhance their leadership skills and potential. The CTI Leadership Centre was established in 2004 and provides today through assessment, seminars, workshops, one-on-one coaching and certificated courses, a whole series of interventions designed to help you gain real-life experiences and build confidence.

An assessment and development service which profiles leadership potential and talent and which is offered to specific individuals or targeted groups. Profiling includes personality, track record, current competency, job fit and other dimensions of leadership effectiveness. A comprehensive written report is produced and includes an on-going leadership development plan.
In-Company Leadership Development Programmes
Undergo specific, tailored programmes that meet the unique leadership development needs of your organization. Whilst each programme is adapted for each client organization, a 'core' process involving personal profiling, coaching and mentoring, experiential classroom events and action learning will characterise all programmes offered by the Leadership Centre.
