THE 2011 COMMUNICATION CHALLENGE PROGRAMME
In this fast-paced, high-tech age, communication flows across a gaggle of gadgetry from cell phones and Blackberries to video-conferencing, instant messaging and e-mail. With so much emphasis on instantaneous interaction, an increasing number of managers are becoming acutely aware of the need for polished, effective communication skills.
Like their counterparts the world over, Mauritian managers, professionals and staff alike face many difficulties when they communicate. As a result, their plans fail to materialize, productivity lowers and stress becomes rampant. Good communication bridges everyone and everything together. No business venture can ever take off or run successfully if good communication is not present.
At the Charles Telfair Institute, we are acutely aware of the need for sound communication. The Communication Challenge Programme (CCP) is specifically designed to enhance communication and improve efficiency within a business. It consists of six modules and is run on a part-time basis.
The programme includes practice, on-the spot assessment of all key competencies as well as detailed feedback on performance and progress.
