Overview

Reporting to the Biomedical and Facilities Officer, the selected candidate will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration support, installations, record-keeping, safety compliance, and technical assistance across C-Lab sites.

What you will be doing:
•    Perform preventive maintenance on minor biomedical and laboratory equipment.
•    Assist suppliers during equipment calibration processes.
•    Respond to minor equipment breakdowns, conduct first-line troubleshooting, and coordinate with suppliers for resolution.
•    Support the installation of new equipment across sites.
•    Conduct preventive maintenance at various collection centers.
•    Prepare basic reports on equipment status, downtime, and repairs.
•    Maintain accurate records of service records, maintenance activities and equipment status.
•    Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
•    Provide technical support regarding laboratory equipment.
•    Provide logistical support during biomedical projects, including equipment relocation and commissioning.
•    Work collaboratively with clinical and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

What are we looking for?
•    Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
•    Willingness to travel frequently to collection centers.
•    A valid driver’s license is a plus.
•    Familiarity with AI tools.
•    Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
