Overview

 

To provide administrative support to the Human Resources function by maintaining employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, processing documentation, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with HR software or ERP systems is a plus

Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent required
Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role
Familiarity with labor laws and basic HR practices in [Zambia/Mauritius] is an advantage
