Overview

We are looking for a Part time or Full time admin assistant for a client who has a restaurant.

The job will comprise of :

  • Managing the stock on the system;
  • Process invoices and liaise with the accountant;
  • Ensure orders received match the invoices;
  • Update the system with changes in prices from suppliers;
  • Check if there are any missing items and follow up with suppliers;
  • Any other admin duties
