Stewards Investment Capital is seeking a dynamic, creative and results-driven Marketing Lead to shape and execute impactful initiatives that strengthen our brand and global presence.

You will lead strategic marketing programs and projects that drive growth, innovation and engagement across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Support the Business Development team in driving the deployment of products and services that respond to evolving business needs
  • Oversee the creation and validation of communication assets to ensure consistency, quality, and impact
  • Curate and produce high-quality, relevant content to position Stewards as a thought leader
  • Drive social media strategy and content creation to expand reach, strengthen engagement and enhance brand visibility
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and generate measurable engagement across channels
  • Organise and lead high-level events and activations to showcase the Stewards brand locally and internationally
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders and agencies to deliver marketing campaigns
  • Provide strategic guidance and marketing support to both local and international subsidiaries
  • Leverage data-driven insights to analyse audience behaviour, refine strategies and optimise performance

Qualifications & Experience

  •  A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, combined with a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in brand, marketing and communications
  • Prior exposure to the financial or investment sector will be considered an advantage
