We are currently seeking a creative and motivated JUNIOR SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR to join our team
and support the growth of our clients’ online presence.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Junior Social Media Coordinator, you will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across different platforms. You will be involved in community management, supporting campaigns and monitoring performance. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented and passionate about social media trends and storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning and scheduling social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create engaging posts (text, visuals, and short videos) that align with brand identity.
• Support community management by responding to messages, comments, and engaging with followers.
• Help coordinate photoshoots and content creation activities.
• Track and report on performance metrics.
• Research trends, hashtags and competitor activity to suggest fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas.
• Ensure consistency in branding and tone of voice across platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar).
• A strong interest in social media trends, influencers and digital storytelling.
• Good writing skills with attention to detail.
• Organised and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within the role & agency.
