Overview

To support the sales team, ensure smooth operations of sales processes and establish positive business relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

– Assist the sales team with quotations, follow-ups and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

– Maintain client databases and ensure accurate filing

– Handle customer queries with professionalism

– Prepare and analyse sales reports and assist the sales team in maintaining up to date sales dashboards

– Assist in preparing contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
