Overview

Job Responsibilities:

·         Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)

·         Support onboarding and offboarding procedures

·         Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

·         Help in the preparation of HR documents such as employment contracts and letters

·         Assist in organizing training sessions and HR-related events

·         Provide support in payroll preparation and attendance tracking

·         Help in drafting HR reports and presentations

·         Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks in the HR department

Profile:

·         Studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

·         Strong organizational and communication skills

·         Discreet, with the ability to handle confidential information

·         Proficient in MS Office tools
