About The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Specialist (Intern) to join our team. This role is ideal for a student who has completed their third year of university studies and is eager to gain hands-on experience in account management and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure full compliance and support throughout the onboarding process for new clients and employees across the African continent.
• Update existing client files, implement new workers, and make necessary changes in the company’s ERP system to keep it properly updated.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables for onboarding, offboarding, salary or contract changes, and other assignments, meeting clients’ specifications and needs.
• Respond quickly to client queries and assist with new requests and proposals.
• Coordinate with the company’s network of in-country partners to ensure timely enrollment of medical insurance, life insurance, and pension schemes for clients, as well as supporting immigration processes for expatriates throughout Africa.
• Monitor the portfolio of clients and workers to ensure all necessary contracts, SLAs, work orders, addendums, and related documents are in place.
• Carry out any other related tasks as required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
