Prof. Raj Lutchmeah, Director of Strategic DevelopmentThe Director of Strategic Development, Prof. Raj Lutchmeah, has the principal role of assisting in the delivery of the Institute's vision of becoming a private university renowned for the quality of its teaching, learning, innovation and research. He contributes to strategic thinking to support the vision and provides structured planning.

The specific responsibilities include:

  • Developing aims and objectives, and strategies and activities necessary to achieve those aims

  • Effectively translating those aims and objectives into firm operational plans, including the statutory requirements

  • Appraise the plans in the light of achievement, performance and changing circumstances.
