Our values

  • Customer Obsession

We exist to enrich the lives of our students and ensure that, ultimately, they take their rightful place as professionals in the world of work. Consequently, in a friendly and caring manner, we pay close attention to their needs and strive to achieve excellence in teaching, learning, and the advancement of knowledge.

  • Professionalism

We pledge to conduct ourselves as true professionals, acting in a fair, respectful and responsible manner at all times, both towards our clients and each other.

  • Entrepreneurship/Innovation

We value the ability to dream and think in an audacious and creative manner; to take calculated risks and persevere in spite of obstacles and setbacks.

  • Teamwork

We value each other and acknowledge our diversity. We subscribe to the power of collective intelligence and pledge to do our utmost to ensure that we support and communicate with one another.

  • Self-development

We realize the importance of developing ourselves and increasing our knowledge base. We pledge therefore to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in our areas of expertise and contribute to these developments through the relevant research and publications.

Our Beliefs

  • We believe that our first and foremost responsibility is to our students, whether they are undergraduates, post-graduates or corporate clients undergoing developmental courses. This is why our curriculum must always be of the highest quality and must be delivered professionally.

  • We believe that our second priority is to those who work with us - our academic and support staff. We believe that they must have a sense of security in their jobs; their remuneration must be fair and adequate, and their superiors must be both just and wise. Each must be given an opportunity for advancement and be empowered to perform to the best of his or her ability.

  • We believe that our third responsibility is to our management. Our leaders must be persons with talent, education, experience and ability, and we need to support them as and when required.

  • We believe that our fourth responsibility is to the community at large. We must strive to become good citizens, participate in the promotion of civic improvement and maintain in good order, the property we are privileged to use.

  • We believe that our fifth responsibility lies with our shareholders. Our institution must make a fair profit so that reserves can be created, our creditors paid on time and our growth nurtured.
